The third step is your training session with your assigned trainer, which in my case was with Stacy Smith. To start off she does a whole body and fitness assessment. This is important because it helps to track your progress and assist in determining your fitness plan. Stacy is an endless supply of knowledge and exercises. She is always focusing on taking you to your next fitness level. She pushes you to do more and take on things you never thought that you could do. She focuses on proper form and precision so that you do not injure yourself during your fitness journey. Training with Stacy made exercising fun for me by incorporating games into my fitness program. Workouts were never boring, because she changes the routine every time you work out with her. I would recommend Stacy to anyone. So when you sign up with a trainer at VIP Fitness make sure you tell them who recommended you to Stacy. I know you won't be sorry.
